As I mentioned on Friday, this weekend I brewed the White House Honey Ale and ended up with an O.G. of 1.062! Schweet!

Needless to say, I’ve learned that I need to use a blow-off tube with a gravity that high…

The yeast were really active over night!

I’ve since place the blow-off tube on the carboy and it’s off-gassing very rapidly. I can’t wait!
