Over the last few years I have come to appreciate the extraordinary flavors and complexities of craft beers. So, out of general curiosity, I have decided to take my appreciation to the next level by brewing my own beer.

I have created this blog with the hope of sharing the successes (and failures) as I learn to homebrew my own craft beer. Also, I want to use this site as a tool to log my progress as I learn more how to make some excellent brews.
